Orders & Payments
At the moment you place an online order, an email will be automatically generated and sent to you with your shopping cart order details. We offer a variety of payment options including
- online payment with your VISA or Mastercard credit/debit card,
- offline credit / debit card processing,
- online payment via Internet banking (choose Bank Deposit during checkout for instructions),
- payment using Afterpay
- payment using Paypal
Please note that items will NOT be shipped until payment has been received / cleared.
GST
GST = Goods and Sales Tax.
All retail prices include GST. However, all of our wholesale prices exclude GST.
All orders shipped outside New Zealand will be billed GST exclusive.
Shipping
- Within New Zealand, orders are shipped via Post Haste or NZ Post for overnight delivery.
- International orders are shipped via one of NZ Post's International sending options.
IMPORTANT: please note that NO tracking is available for the International Air shipping option.
Returns
If you experience any issues with our products or service, please contact us so we can fix it and improve it, as your satisfaction is very important to us.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and clearance charges and cannot predict what they may be. Therefore, any such additional charges must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered by your own country to be the importer of record and must comply with all their laws and regulations.
